Unlike many leadership training programs out there, the REGULATE HDE system is trained from a professionally formatted Field Book (available in both a PDF and hardshell “flip book” training binder) filled with detailed instructions, exercises, images and a “follow along” style of note taking built right in. No frills. No fancy slide presentations. Just the nuts and bolts of what is truly needed to master the process in one compact tome.
Each Field Book includes: Step by step “follow alongs” for each of the 12 training points of the masterclass workshop; statistical diagrams and brain mapping charts, illustrated exercises with detailed instruction for the 6-2 Interrupt, the RIP method, Shadow Work, SDC (self directed calming) routine, defrag meditation, discipline building, “habbies” and more.
For HDE Leadership Team personnel, one full year of Extended Support is included with the initial training, which includes: quarterly leadership team check-ins with your assigned REGULATE crew leader, unlimited access to the REGULATE video and article vault, unlimited email privileges, emergency response interventions, and FREE Cohort Group Coaching calls each month.

What’s the evidence that any of this will even work?
Both the TILT philosophy and REGULATE training systems are based on empirical evidence provided from firsthand sources, including highly esteemed doctors, scientists and researchers in the fields of cognitive behavioral therapy, neuroscience and neural plasticity, quantum cognition, biology and neuroquantology. For each training assertion, a superscript citation is noted that corresponds to a specific attribution in the Reference section of the Field Book.

Do you offer any kind of support after the training?
All of the REGULATE training programs, whether online or onsite, include unlimited post-training delivery support for points of clarity, implementation suggestions and basic problem solving.
Additionally, we offer an Extended Support Package that includes quarterly leadership team check-ins with your assigned REGULATE crew leader, unlimited access to the REGULATE video and article vault, unlimited email privileges, emergency response interventions, and FREE Cohort Group Coaching calls each month.
Extended Support packages are FREE for the first year to all HDE clients, and are available for purchase to our REGULATE Basics customers as well. Extended Support is renewable each year.

What kind of technical requirements does REGULATE training require?
For our virtual presentations, your REGULATE crew leader takes on the bulk of the technology responsibilities, including the scheduling of the Zoom calls, the presentation of the training slides, and walking students through the exercises. All you have to do is show up.
For our onsite workshops, the client is responsible for securing the training location, seating, staffing, and any other variables needed. This is typically a quiet and secure location somewhere onsite. Other than a stage or presentation area and proper lighting, very little else in the form of technology is required.
For larger venues, microphones or a PA system may be necessary, which you will be expected to provide. Since the presentation itself is presented in alignment with the student Field Book, no fancy video presentation screens, WiFi, or other technology are necessary. We prefer to use printed Field Books to keep students in the mindset of learning as the presentation unfolds. Information presented by the speaker falls in direct alignment with what is contained in the Field Book and students can easily fall along. The pages of these binders are easy to flip, progress is structured and transparent, and there is adequate space to take written notes.

How much is all of this going to cost?
